Noons, "Krazy Horse" and Tompkins Join Beatdown

TJ De Santis and Sherdog.com editor Josh Gross are back for a "Krazy" Beatdown on the Sherdog Radio Network. Fighters "Krazy Horse" Charles Bennett (Pictures) and KJ Noons, as well as trainer Shawn Tompkins (Pictures) speak with TJ and Josh.

Noons and "Krazy Horse" battle in a lightweight fight this Saturday night on Showtime from Southaven, Miss. Both men join "Beatdown" to talk about the bout and give insight into their training and as well as what life's like outside the ring. Bennett recounts his rough and tough life, and addresses the rumor that holds he knocked out "The Axe Murderer" Wanderlei Silva (Pictures) in a backstage brawl. Noons discusses training with the City Boxing crew and his evolution as a mixed martial artist.

Tompkins is the leader of Canadian fight team, Team Thompkins. Spawning fighters such as Mark Hominick (Pictures), Sam Stout (Pictures), and IFL lightweight Chris Horodecki (Pictures), Tompkins joins TJ and Josh to talk about Stout's and Hominick's bouts in TKO this weekend. He also discusses Horodecki's recent success in the IFL, and preparing PRIDE 183-pound champion Dan Henderson (Pictures) ready for his title challenge against 205-pound champ Wanderlei Silva (Pictures).

TJ and Josh respond to listener e-mail and breakdown several of the upcoming weekend's cards, which include EliteXC, Cage Rage, ICON and TKO.
