Beatdown: Liborio, Bermudez

TJ De Santis and Jeff Sherwood returned to The Sherdog Radio Network Friday for another edition of “Beatdown.” Joining them was American Top Team coach Ricardo Liborio and UFC featherweight Dennis Bermudez.

MMA pioneer Ricardo Liborio is known for his world famous American Top Team. The head coach joined TJ De Santis and Jeff Sherwood Friday to talk about his new endeavor with ATT. The Florida based school is accessible to many throughout the US with over 70 affiliate schools. Now anyone with an internet connection can train with American Top Team through their online gym. “Libo” also caught the “Beatdown” crew up on various fighters from the gym, including a quick impromptu interview with Steve Mocco.

“The Ultimate Fighter” season fourteen finalist Dennis Bermudez is back in action later this month. “The Menace” is scheduled to face Matt Grice on the UFC 157 card. The featherweight fighter joined TJ and Jeff to talk about the upcoming match, life post “TUF,” and how he isn’t really that big of a mixed martial arts fan.

De Santis and Sherwood also chat about last night’s Bellator MMA card, testosterone replacement therapy, and who would be a better boss, UFC President Dana White or Bellator CEO Bjorn Rebney,
