By The Numbers: Marvin Vettori vs. Roman Dolidze

Contempt between Marvin Vettori and Roman Dolidze has been bred through familiarity.

The ranked Ultimate Fighting Championship middleweights will meet for a second time when they rematch one another in the UFC Fight Night 254 headliner on Saturday at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas. Vettori—who won their first encounter by unanimous decision two years ago—enters the cage having rattled off seven victories over his past 10 outings. The American Top Team rep last suited up at UFC on ESPN 47, where he dropped a unanimous verdict to Jared Cannonier on June 17. Dolidze, meanwhile, steps back into view on the strength of back-to-back wins. The Xtreme Couture export last saw action on Oct. 5, when he forced a first-round corner stoppage against Kevin Holland at UFC 307.
