Lion Fight 37 Weigh-in Results: ‘Smokin’ Jo, ‘Petch’ on target for Massive Title Fight

Lion Fight is ready to ignite fight fans on Friday night as it takes over Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, Connecticut, with a pair of world championship bouts. Lion Fight 37 is anchored by Jo Nattawut defending his super welterweight crown on the line against Petchtanong Banchamek and both men came in on point at Thursday’s weigh-ins.

Banchamek (345-51-1), one of the greatest fighters in all of Thailand, tipped the scale at 155 pounds. Nattawut (62-7-2), a two-division champ for Lion Fight, came in slightly lighter at 153 pounds, setting the stage for the main event.

The Lion Fight cruiserweight title will find a home as a pair of unbeaten Americans will go toe-to-toe for the inaugural title. Chip Moraza-Pollard (4-0) came in at 184 pounds while opponent Paul Banasiak (5-0) weighed 185.

Lion Fight 37 will be televised live on AXS TV beginning at 9 p.m. ET/6 pm. PT.
