"The Natural" Talks UFC Return, Fighting Sylvia

Monday's "Beatdown" with TJ De Santis and Sherdog.com editor Josh Gross features Randy "The Natural" Couture and "The Texas Crazy Horse" Heath Herring (Pictures).

Randy Couture (Pictures) walked away from the Octagon last February after a knockout loss to current UFC light heavyweight champion Chuck Liddell (Pictures). Since then Randy has provided color commentary on UFC broadcasts, competed in submission grappling, and opened up a gym in Los Angeles. On March 3 in Columbus, Ohio, Couture will face Tim Sylvia (Pictures) for the same heavyweight title he has owned twice before. Couture talks about his decision to return, matching up with "The Maine-iac," and how he intends to prepare for the bout.

Heath Herring (Pictures) took a long, odd road to the UFC. After signing a deal with the now defunct WFA, Zuffa purchased Herring's contract and on Jan. 25 "The Texas Crazy Horse" will face Jake O'Brien (Pictures) on a UFC Fight Night in Florida. Herring talks about his opponent, coming to the UFC, and what he has been up to since his last fight in K-1.

TJ and Josh read listener e-mails and discuss rumors including Zuffa purchasing PRIDE from Dreamstage Entertainment, and a false claim that Mike Tyson comitted suicide.
