Sherdog.com Radio: Henderson and Penn Join

TJ De Santis and Sherdog.com editor Josh Gross are back for the Thursday edition of "Beatdown" on the Sherdog Radio Network. Joining the guys this week are PRIDE fighter Dan Henderson (Pictures) and the UFC's "Prodigy": B.J. Penn (Pictures).

Henderson fights for the PRIDE 183-pound Grand Prix belt on December 31 against Murilo Bustamante (Pictures). The American discusses the upcoming title bout, the head butt Bustamante claims was the reason Henderson won their first clash two years ago, and his training with Ryo Chonan (Pictures).

It's been nearly two years since Penn defeated Matt Hughes (Pictures) at UFC 46 for the UFC welterweight title. In that time Penn was stripped of his title for fighting Duane Ludwig (Pictures) in K-1, filed a lawsuit against the UFC, defeated two Gracies, and even made his heavyweight debut. Now Penn finds himself back with the UFC. "The Prodigy" discusses his comeback, fellow welterweight Georges St. Pierre (Pictures), and what his future plans entail.
