Quadros Show: B.J. Penn & Ken Shamrock

Stephen Quadros and Aaron Crecy made their debuts on The Sherdog Radio Network Tuesday afternoon. Joining them were scheduled guests B.J. Penn (Pictures) and Ken Shamrock (Pictures) as well as some impromptu appearances by Bas Rutten (Pictures) and Don Frye (Pictures).

Penn will be facing Jens Pulver (Pictures) in a rematch later this month. Penn joins Stephen and Aaron to talk about the upcoming match, the UFC lightweight division, and Penn's experience as coach on season 5 of The Ultimate Fighter.

Shamrock joined Quadros to talk about his Reno Lions and their upcoming team match up in the IFL this weekend in Las Vegas. This discussion brought on an unscheduled appearance of Scorpions coach Don Frye (Pictures).
