Post-PRIDE 33 Discussion on "Beatdown"
TJ De Santis and Sherdog.com editor Josh Gross are back with "Beatdown" on the heels of one of the more shocking fight cards in mixed martial arts history. On a nine-fight card, five were upsets inside the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, Nevada at PRIDE 33. Headlining the bill, Dan Henderson (Pictures) scored a devastating knockout over Wanderlei Silva (Pictures) to capture the PRIDE middleweight championship belt.
Shawn Tompkins (Pictures) was in Henderson's corner Saturday night. The Canadian trainer talks about the fight and what went into Henderson's stellar performance resulting in him becoming the first champion to hold major belts in separate weight divisions at the same time.
