Beatdown: Jansen, Elkins

SRN "Rewind" host Jack Encarnacao took the helm on Wednesday for a new edition of "Beatdown" here on the Sherdog Radio Network.

Joining Jack halfway into the first hour was "The Fugitive" Dave Jansen to talk about his previous occupations before becoming a professional fighter and to go over his upcoming Bellator bout against Ricardo Tirloni.

Later, featherweight Darren Elkins joins the program to discuss his training regimen as he prepares for his UFC 154 fight against Steven Siler.
