Beatdown: Frank Shamrock and Cung Le

TJ De Santis and Sherdog.com editor Josh Gross were joined by Cung Le (Pictures) and Frank Shamrock (Pictures) Monday afternoon for "Beatdown" The Sherdog Radio Network.

After dominating in the UFC, Shamrock walked away from the promotion when he defeated Tito Ortiz (Pictures) back in 1999. On Friday night Frank picked up a hard-fought victory over "The New York Bad Ass" Phil Baroni (Pictures). Shamrock joins "Beatdown" to talk about his latest win, the knee injury that occurred prior to Friday night's bout, and who might be next for him.

Cung Le (Pictures) was also in action Friday night against Tony Fryklund (Pictures). Le talks about his fight, competing against the veteran who many considered his toughest challenge to date, and how he feels about a match up with Frank Shamrock (Pictures).
