KOP Heavyweight Tournament Continues April 9

TOKYO, March 14 — Pancrase made official its full card for Sunday, April 9 with the Block B brackets in their current Heavyweight King of Pancrase eight-man tournament.

Among the names announced for the upcoming card, PRIDE and RINGS veteran Hiromitsu Kanehara (Pictures) returns to action sporting an unimpressive 0-7-1 record since 2002. Jackson's Submission prospect Damacio Page (Pictures) makes his Japanese debut against tough featherweight Miki Shida (Pictures).

The main event is headlined by K-1-turned-MMA fighter Ryuta Noji (Pictures) against Japanese pro wrestler Takashi Sugiura.
