Infographic: Professional Fighters League Season 1 Featherweight Playoff Standings

As the inaugural regular season of Professional Fighters League nears its conclusion, one of the most interesting divisions is certainly featherweight. A bit of a dark horse coming into the season, Ultimate Fighting Championship veteran Steven Siler has already clinched his playoff berth -- and the No. 1 overall seed -- with two first-round submission victories. Other fighters who have punched their tickets to the playoffs and a shot at the $1 million divisional prize include fellow UFC expat Lance Palmer and 19-0 grinder Andre Harrison. To add to the playoff intrigue, Palmer and Harrison can both count decision wins over the “Super” top seed on their ledgers.

Among the disappointments of the season so far has been Marcos Galvao. The longtime top-10 fixture in the 145-pound division left Bellator MMA on a two-fight skid, but any hope of a career renaissance in PFL was dashed quickly, along with any shot at the grand prize, as the 36 year-old submission specialist was eliminated from playoff contention in dispiriting losses to Max Coga and fellow Bellator veteran Nazareno Malegarie.

The PFL regular season will continue to run through August, with the playoffs scheduled to begin in October.
