How to Watch Rizin 40

Brian KnappDec 30, 2022

Former Bellator MMA champion A.J. McKee will lock horns with current Rizin Fighting Federation champion Roberto Satoshi de Souza when their non-title affair headlines Rizin 40—a joint venture between the two promotions—on Saturday at the Saitama Super Arena in Saitama, Japan. Meanwhile, Patricio Freire takes on Kleber Koike Erbst in the three-round co-main event at 145 pounds.

Rizin 40 “Bellator MMA vs. Rizin”—which airs on Showtime via tape delay at 8 p.m. ET/PT—also features a flyweight clash matching Kyoji Horiguchi with Hiromasa Ougikubo in their third head-to-head confrontation, a bantamweight tilt pitting Juan Archuleta against Soo Chul Kim and a lightweight scrap pairing Koji Takeda with Gadzhi Rabadanov. The undercard streams live to Fite TV pay-per-view ($14.99) at 12 a.m./9 p.m. PT, as the super atomweight grand prix final between Seika Izawa and Si Woo Park anchors the nine-fight preliminary slate.
