Robbins was far from a known commodity ahead of her organizational debut at the Tachi Palace Hotel and Casino, but the Roufusport representative left a lasting impression by submitting Jacobson with an armbar 42 seconds into the first round of their catchweight encounter. The two strawweights exchanged at the start, with Jacobson gaining the upper hand through a series of targeted right uppercuts and a head-and-arm throw. In hindsight, she probably would have preferred to stay upright. Robbins isolated her counterpart’s right arm, secured the armbar and went belly down for the tapout. It all happened in under a minute.
