Da Un Jung (13-2-1 | 2-0-1 UFC) vs. William Knight (9-1 | 1-0 UFC)
Odds: Jung (-130), Knight (+110)

The UFC's light heavyweight division is slowly restocking with interesting prospects, these two among them. South Korea's Da Un Jung is specifically a prospect to watch, as he has some legitimately impressive skill as an accurate striker. The concern for Jung is that he could serve to let loose with his hands a bit more, as he's most comfortable on the counter and can be much too patient for his own good. His win over Mike Rodriguez to cap off 2019 looked like a step in the right direction, as Jung ended the fight in a shade over a minute, but he was back to his usual ways against Sam Alvey in October, needing a big third round to walk away with a draw on the scorecards. He'll look for a more impressive performance here against William Knight, one of the most imposing physical forces at 205 pounds. Knight's a ball of muscle who, less than three years into his professional career, still needs to figure some things out. The "Knightmare" seems to prefer being a striker despite not being all that deep or comfortable there just yet, but his natural strength and power has allowed him to paper over a lot of the gaps thus far; Knight needs just one good shot to end the fight, and even the threat of his power has been enough to scare opponents into wrestling exchanges that Knight can also win on sheer physicality. That's a bit of a worry for Jung here, but the Korean should be well-served by his patience here, as well as a notable size and reach advantage; Jung should be able to slowly pick Knight apart at the start of the fight and then gain some momentum as he finds a rhythm in the later rounds. The pick is Jung via third-round stoppage.
