The fight game has a long history of memorable finishes, from dramatic knockouts and submissions to outcomes marred by controversy. However, sometimes something crazy occurs inside the throes of combat, and oftentimes, it cannot be explained.

Mixed martial arts has had its share of strange endings in its relatively young history: double knockouts, self-inflicted knockouts, unavoidable accidents, illnesses and equipment malfunctions. These wacky conclusions have taken place inside the biggest promotions, from Pride Fighting Championships and the Ultimate Fighting Championship, all the way down to the regional level.
