Question 1: In your own words, who are you as a fighter?
Clark: "I think I am a passionate fighter. I think I am extremely athletic. But I think more than anything I am a quick study as a fighter. My ability to adapt is perhaps my best asset."

Question 2: What can fans expect to see when you step inside of the CXF cage?
Clark: "Fans can expect to see a finish, I really pride myself on being a finish. I always going for the finish, if its there early in the first round, then great if not, then whenever the finish come. Whether it is a knockout or a choke I think the fans like a definitive finish and that why I'm there, to finish."

Question 3: Since your last fight, how have you improved yourself?
Clark: "I guess my mentality has changed a bit, being active helps (this will be his third fight in 6 months), staying focused especially since this is my second camp for Navarro (The first fight fell through when Navarro was injured, Clark took a last minute replacement, which he won via choke in the very first round). Staying active has been very helpful. I think being a champion has sort of labeled my motivation, but it is nothing new, it has always been there."

Question 4: What do you know about your opponent Danny Navarro?
Clark: "From what I have seen, I only saw him fight once, maybe twice in person, but I have seen him fight. I think he is going to be a gritty, in your face, his nickname says it all, he has a great chin, has been in some wars in Bellator MMA, and this is what he does, he is a warrior. He is not going to go anywhere, he will come right for me. Which is exactly what I need. I am always looking for these top guys, I want to fight the best, and Danny Navarro is one of the top guys in my weight class, he has a lot of wins, and I cannot wait to step inside the cage with him!"

Question 5: How would you describe your time with CXF MMA?
Clark: "CXF has been great for me, I can't even count how many times I have fought for Lightsout Promotions, they have always been a class act, I have been on the scene for a while now, I know how the game works, and I could not be happier with the way they have promoted me. I have received great exposure (Including a viral video that was featured on FOX Sports of Clark proposing to his now fiancee Megan inside the CXF cage after his last win!), they go out of there way for the fighters, the events are always packed, they are a class operation and I am proud to be their inaugural champion."

Question 6: What is your prediction for the fight?
Clark: "Honestly, I have nothing but respect for Danny. He is as tough as they come, a true warrior, but I see a finish. I couldn't tell you the round, or how... I want to say because of they way he pressures, they way he brings the fight, I see a finish by the second round. That what I'm hoping for... In the second round I see my athleticism taking charge. That will frustrate him. When he makes a mistake, and leaves me an opening, thats when Ill find the finish."
