UFC 245 Weigh-in Results: Title Trifecta Set, Jessica Eye Heavy

The Ultimate Fighting Championship's final pay-per-view of 2019 is a stacked event as UFC 245 features three title bouts, and all three are now official.

Headlining the event is a welterweight clash between reigning champ Kamaru Usman and former interim titleholder Colby Covington. Usman (170) holds an impressive 10-0 record within the Octagon and upset Tyron Woodley earlier this year to claim the 170-pound throne. Covington (170) has been nearly as impressive inside the UFC, racking up wins over Robbie Lawler, Rafael dos Anjos and Demian Maia. The lone career blemish for "Chaos" came in 2015, when he was submitted by Warlley Alves.

The other two title fights may not offer up the bad blood that the main event possesses, but they are intriguing bouts nonetheless. The co-main event will see featherweight kingpin Max Holloway put his belt on the line against Alexander Volkanovski. Holloway (145) has lived up to his nickname as he's been blessed in his UFC career. Undefeated at featherweight since 2014, "Blessed" has dismantled the best the division has to offer including Frankie Edgar, Brian Ortega and Jose Aldo. His only loss in that period came after a trip to lightweight to vie for the interim strap against Dustin Poirier at UFC 236. Volkanovski (144.5) has also last tasted defeat in 2013, and is riding an impressive 17-fight win streak that includes victories over Aldo, Chad Mendes and Darren Elkins.

Last but not least of the five-round bouts is a women's bantamweight encounter between pound-for-pound great Amanda Nunes and former featherweight queen Germaine de Randamie. Nunes (134.5) is on a historic win streak that includes her capturing UFC gold at both bantamweight and featherweight. Meanwhile, de Randamie (134.5) earned her No. 1 contender spot with an impressive 16-second TKO domination over Aspen Ladd.

The UFC 245 main card airs live on pay-per-view on Dec. 14 at 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT. Early prelims will stream live on ESPN+ starting at 6:15 p.m. and ESPN2 will carry two hours of preliminary action starting at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT.
