The ACA 110 main event featured a clash between former 155-pound champion Ali Bagov (29-11) and Murad Abdulaev (19-4) for the vacant welterweight championship. The contenders battled fiercely for all five rounds in a fight that saw several turnarounds.

It took a while for Abdulaev to warm up, but starting with the second round and through the end of the fourth stanza, "Hunter" dominated his opponent by pinning him with his back against the canvas and mauling him with punches and elbows. "Hulk" made some adjustments in the fifth, but it was too late to change the destiny of the fight. Eventually, Abdulaev took home the victory and the 170-pound championship. He is now riding a two-bout winning streak and is already looking for the first challenger at his belt.

In the co-main event, Eduard Vartanyan (19-4) faced Mukhamed Kokov (15-5) in a 155-pound battle. The fight between the two Russians was a rough one, with both contenders showing off their wrestling skills. Even though it seemed that Kokov controlled the majority of the match and inflicted more damage to his opponent, the judges rewarded Vartanyan with a decision victory. In the post-fight interview, "Lionheart" announced that Saturday was his last fight with ACA as a very vocal crowd derided the judges' decision. As soon as Vartanyan finished his goodbye speech, the ACA promoter took the microphone and attempted to overturn the result.

Elsewhere, the featherweight battle between Ramazan Kishev (16-3) and Kurban Taygibov (10-2) ended in an anti-climatic fashion after Taygibov injured his arm following a slam from Kishev at the 4:31 mark in the opening round; In a featherweight clash, Askhab Zulaev (8-0) rendered Zharabek Teshebaev (7-1) unconscious thanks to a well-placed right overhand at the 0:21 mark in the third stanza and Ilya Shcheglov (7-2) upended Adlan Ibragimov (4-1) via decision in their light heavyweight encounter.
