Cage Warriors Fighting Championship's latest event went down on Saturday, March 2 at O2 Arena in London, England. In the evening’s main attraction, London’s own James Webb (6-1) locked horns with Norwegian Thomas Robertsen (7-2), with the Cage Warriors middleweight title on the line. There was some back and forth action in the first two rounds, but the end of the contest come during the third stanza, when Webb secured an arm triangle choke. Robertsen tapped, prompting referee Rich Mitchell to award Webb the victory at 3:22, to the delight of the partisan crowd. The win runs Webb's streak to five consecutive victories.

In the co-feature, London’s Jai Herbert (8-1) smashed Steve O’Keeffe (9-4) in the opening stanza of their lightweight contest. Herbert seized the moment as soon as he saw an opening and secured the victory with a storm of knees and punches. The referee called an end to the fight at 4:07 of the opening stanza. Herbert’s impressive victory may have granted him a shot at the 155-pound belt.

In other action, Rhys McKee (9-2) submitted Perry Goodwin (8-7) with a slick guillotine choke in the third round of their lightweight bout. In the opening fight of the main card, Brazilian Joilton Santos (28-7) bested former UFC contender Craig White (14-9) via unanimous decision in a welterweight contest.
