Thiago Santos continues to steamroll the opposition as he ascends the middleweight ladder and his latest victim was former Strikeforce and Pancrase champion Nate Marquardt.

Santos dropped “The Great” with a blistering left hand to the jaw, but didn’t put him away until the American climbed back to his feet. Marquardt backed into the cage but was felled for good after a flurry of punches put him away. The official time of the TKO came at 3:39 of the opening frame.
