Spike TV will broadcast an hour-long “UFC Prelims Live” special
prior to the pay-per-view broadcast of UFC
132 “Cruz vs. Faber.”
Sherdog.com confirmed the news with an industry source after an initial report from MMAJunkie.com on Tuesday. The news comes on the heels of reports indicating that Spike will also broadcast preliminary bouts prior to UFC 130 and UFC 131. Bouts for the UFC 132 “Prelims Live” broadcast have not yet been announced.
Headlined by a bantamweight title clash between reigning champion Dominick Cruz and challenger Urijah Faber, UFC 132 goes down July 2 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
