Glove Boat: MMA Cruise Set for August 2010

Proving that no dream is ever beyond reach, the Budo Jiu-Jitsu
School of Self-Defense will be hosting an instructional MMA
cruise August 14-21, 2010.
“MMA seminars while sailing the Western Caribbean,” crows a flyer. “Learn everything you want to learn about fighting, owning your own school or competing in the UFC.” Single-person cruise rates begin at $1,471, though if you don’t mind sharing a cabin with up to four sweaty, veiny strangers, the rate drops to $587. This is all separate from the seminars fee, which will run you $299. UFC lightweight Joe Lauzon is among the instructors.
Getting choked unconscious while circling the Cayman Islands is not on my calendar, but your ambitions may vary.
